Saratoga produced both halter and performance champions of exceptional beauty. Her daughter, San Souci, has been retained by Sharon and Bill Eider-Orley as her dam’s replacement in the Amurath Arabians program. Saratoga’s first foal, CA Sabrina, was exported to Brazil, and produced the 1996 Brazilian National Champion Stallion and U.S. Top Ten Stallion, Lumiar Amadeus, and Brazilian Junior National Champion Colt, Lumiar York. Lumiar Amadeus is the sire of Salon du Cheval Junior Champion Filly, Deska HJE, and Italian National Champion Mare, Lumiar Symphony. Saratoga’s daughter, San Souci, produced Amurath Serengeti, 2001 Austrian Nationals Second Place Two Year Old Colts. Saratoga is the dam of Samarkhand by Khemosabi, Region 7 and 8 Reserve Champion Western Pleasure Open and Amateur, and multi- champion in Western Pleasure and Halter.
